  • I haven't been to this gym for awhile just because of scheduling but bought another package of classes this week. I have to say I really disagree with some of the negative reviews here as the service compared to when I first came to this gym a couple years is still really warm and friendly and down to earth. The biggest difference is there is a new jijitsu area in the lobby. I came for a spin class - they have a new spin room which is pretty interesting - the room is kept dark with the instructor lighted so it helps get you in the zone. The instructor and other people in the class were quite down to earth and I really enjoyed it!
