  • I had a bad experience with Precision Garage Doors ( you can read up under Precision ) so looked on Yelp, which I should have done on the first place, and found this company rated number one. I called and spoke with Adrian, the owner. He said Brian could come at 9:30 am next day. Adrian called next morning at 8:00 to confirm Brian would be here at 9:30. Brian phoned at 9:00 to say he was on his way and arrived at 9:30. He found it was a sensor problem, adjusted the tension, wrote a detailed Service call description and was a pleasure to deal with. Don't bother calling any other company. These guys understand customer service and professionalism. They also suggest Lift Master vs Genie.
