  • I changed my rating by one star as the Owner, Ray reached out to me after reading my initial review. I appreciate that he took the time to address the issues and extend an offer to personally meet with my husband and myself if we would like to set up a time with him. I understand that sometimes things are just out of ones control but the fact that he reached out to try and correct the issue, I do appreciate it. We are not local so if we decide to visit the shop and see what he has to offer we will contact him in the future. I try and support local businesses and after going across town shopping around for that perfect hot tub for our needs I'm still searching and might take him up on his offer. Thank you Ray
