  • Scam artist Rita! Make sure you read the fine print before signing anything! First of all they charge an outrageous fee for hotel babysitting. I went to them to find a nanny for my daughter. The website states your nanny will be your employee, but Rita the director tells you exactly how much you should pay your nanny! How dictates your salary range for your employee! You sign a co tract and pay a non refundable fee of 3000 for a full-time nanny a yr. This fee is for the company only. The only they do is provide a background check, make sure the nanny is CPR first aid certified and provide a few references and the nannies experience. You can do this research yourself without paying thousands of dollars to this agency. I should have gone to care.com or sittercity.com instead of going here. It would have been alot cheaper, now I'm paying for my mistake because I won't be able to receive a refund. A note to parents out there looking for babies or babysitters. Stay away from these agencies especially avoid Nannies and Housekeepers of America Las Vegas.
