  • I am a real estate agent and was requested by the Buyer to use this Title company. The escrow person was the worst in customer service. She did not email the buying/selling parties in a timely matter and I requested several times in email for the closing statement for review and the final closing package was never sent to Sellers after closing. I have to track down the manager of the office to get a closing package sent to the Seller. . I never have a transaction that was so negligent by a Title company.
