  • ABC Hyundai and it's management/ownership are petty and pathetic. They do not return phone calls and when I finally reached someone they lied and scoffed at my attempt to kindly ask them to pay me for referring them a client who purchased a car. Their response was that "since the salesman no longer works here we won't pay you the referral fee, the salesman didn't fill out the required form." Their justification for not paying the referral makes no sense as the salesman called me and asked me for the information required on the form to request the check the day of the deal. He was still on the phone with me when he handed the completed form to his manager Enmanuel who thanked me for the referral and asked me to keep them coming. They have no sense of responsibility and Enmanuel brazenly lied to me about that form. In my experience people who lie about small things will lie about bigger things. I do not trust this place and would not recommend it to any friends or family members. I sent my friend because of the salesman I knew would take care of my friends. I truly see why he left that place.
