rev:text	I have owned my nissan for over five years and purchased it from this place. Their service department has gone progressively downhill since then and each experience is worse than the previous. I took my pathfinder in for $1100 worth of service and had to take a Lyft home for heaven's sake. My house is 2 1/2 miles away and they couldn't even give me a shuttle or have a person drive me. If that were the only issue, no big deal, then my "advisor" Juan M. quoted over $200 more for a service I booked on the web, and then admitted that the web prices are wrong but they "give you more", (and charge a lot more) when you bring it in. No matter how you dance around it that sounds like bait and switch to me. He seemed to have a zero regard for my satisfaction, and was almost laughing at me, on the phone, when telling me services that weren't covered by warranty. When I picked the car up and expressed my deep dissatisfaction with the service, he was respectful, but gave me a scowl like he wanted to punch me in the face. He never once said that he understood or even pretended to care about my concerns except for a $53 discount on a price inflated by almost $200. I'm sure the quality of work is fine, and maybe I'm over reacting with all of this, but with service like I received that can never be trusted. The whole experience was just piss poor and I will never take a vehicle to, or buy one from, this Nissan dealership again ever, which is sad because I like my Nissan and always want to do business in the town from which I reside.
