| - After almost 10 years we were in need of a new mattress. This place was recommended to me by a family member so we decided to try it out. First of all, I was surprised at how big the store was. I have been to many mattress stores and this one is 2-3 times the size of most of them. That means that they have a huge selection at all price points.
Our salesman was Matt. When we walked in he greeted us and asked several questions about how we sleep and what was important to us in a mattress. In no time he had narrowed down the selection to four, all which felt comfortable but each were a little different in firmness and comfort. Matt assured us that if we made a choice there was a 60 day no cost return policy so if we were not satisfied we could swap for another mattress. After some pricing discussion (which was very competitive to other places we had been) we chose what we thought would be the best fit, paid and scheduled delivery for the next day.
The delivery guys showed up with a red carpet for the front door, booties on their feet and quickly and efficiently brought the bed in and set it up. We tried the bed the first night and immediately had second thoughts. But since we were replacing a mattress that had become too soft and compacted we decided to give it a couple of weeks. After that time we decided we definitely wanted another choice and called Matt up. We said - "let's go with the pillow top" and he said, no problem, I'll have it out to you tomorrow.
They guys with the booties showed up again, swapped the mattresses and off they went. However, this bed, despite it being a pillow top, slept even firmer than the one before. I didn't remember it being this way in the store so we decided to go back to the store to confirm if we got the right unit. When we walked in the door Matt asked how we liked the new mattress and we told him about it being firmer than we remembered. He said - "I know what must have happened, we have two pillow top firmness levels and you must have tried the other one". We did a comparison and sure enough, what we needed was the softer pillow top bed. He scheduled delivery for later that day and that night we slept like a dream and have ever since.
We were really impressed with the customer service of everyone at Mattress Pro, from Matt to the 3 different sets of delivery guys everyone was courteous and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Mattress Pro and this location.
