  • A few months ago, we took care of a puppy and unfortunately, she wasn't too nice to our expensive high-pile carpet. Even when we deodorized it, the smell still lingered so we decided to get it professional cleaned. After contacting multiple carpet cleaners on Yelp, we settled for Carpet Monkey of Las Vegas do to their: quick-responsiveness, cost and availability. From the start, Richard - the owner - was upfront about the cost and provided a quote much cheaper than his other competitors. We scheduled an appointment within a week and today, I just had my cleaning. I just had to be home during a two-hour window, which was 10am-12pm. Prior to my appointment, Nick - one of the technicians - gave me a heads-up that he was on his way. I definitely appreciated this. When he got here, he quickly got to work and was super-friendly. Turns out, he's been in the business for over 10+ years, which gave me reassurance about the type of service I was receiving. I'd definitely reccomend Carpet Monkey of Las Vegas to anyone needing professional carpet cleaning without any hesitation.
