I wanted to buy a purse for my mom for her birthday. I walked in and there were about at least 5 associates standing by the entrance and not one of them greeted me, I just didn't get any acknowledgement at all. Just like one of the yelpers said, it felt like Mean Girls. Granted, I came from work, wearing my scrubs with no makeup on, but I am still a customer, and I came in ready to buy.
Finally someone approached me and I already had an idea of which purse I wanted to purchase. I couldn't decide between the different sizes available and I just felt that the associate wasn't very friendly and helpful at all, it seemed like the SA was forced to help me.
I ended up buying the purse since this was the only free time I had. I wish I thought about going to Neiman Marcus instead. They sure do have pretentious people working at this store, none of them really made me feel welcomed at all. Definitely not the customer service you'd expect from a luxury store.
