Update: I'm updating my review because the manager got in touch with me based on my review and expressed concern for my experience. I was surprised by the phone call but I am also very thankful. I wanted to express my appreciation that he took the time to reach out, express an apology and figure out a solution. Thank you for showing compassion and understanding throughout our conversation. Your initiative and leadership is quite impressive and I hope is something that becomes contagious!
Smith's has always been a great grocery store and pharmacy as I've been a customer for 20+ . Today I'm giving the pharmacy only a 1 star because of how unprofessional the woman pharmacist was. I arrived right at 4 and they were closing early for the holiday. The Gate was almost closed and 3 employees were still in there doing their thing so I thought there was a chance. All I had was a pick up that I didn't even have to pay for and they refused to help me. I don't like to plead for anything but this was important and I didn't know they were closing early so I spent more time pleading my case then it would have taken them to just grab my pills and hand then to me. So the woman who refuses to even step forward yells from the back "we've been open for 6 hours you could've cane earlier"
Listen evil woman if I didn't have to work and do other things you bet you smart ass I would have been here earlier. Here's my rant... You're at work doing a professional job, don't talk like a little smart a$s teenager to your customers. I'm not your friend I'm a client, show some respect. I will say at least the man was professional in his refusal to assist me.
