  • Freaking horrible! We called them to pick us up from a restaurant 1 mile from down town. We waited 45 min then called to check in they told us we weren't in a very good part of town. It was pouring rain. Finally they said they sent a driver who was 1 mile away, 15 min later we called again and were pleading for them to come get us, then a city bus rolled up and we jumped on it. We live in Oakland CA and have never had cab service tell us we're in a bad area.
