  • I called this Buffalo Wild Wings today at 3:05 PM, A girl answered, I told her that I wanted to place a take-out order and she said ok, that there was one person in front of me, and that she was going to put me on hold - which she did in the middle of me saying, "ok thank you"... then a girl gets back on the phone with me and say's it's going to be 25 minutes and I told her that it was ok, that I'd order from a different location, and thank you. She didn't say anything back to me, but she hung up on me before I could even say bye, she didn't say bye or anything - just hung up. She was pretty rude and a good example of poor customer service.
