  • Got sort of a mini/ express detail. Paid $65 for VIP wash with extra cleaning of leather seats, carpets and headlights. The outside/ headlights and seats looked great. I gave less stars because the carpet stain is still there (and they smell like dog shampoo) although maybe it just can't come out... which I would be fine with but none of the doors or the center console were wiped down at all. I didn't expect scrubbed or anything but just a quick wipe down with a damp cloth. They normally do that with the Full service wash so I would have though $65 should include that. After I pointed out all the dirty areas the guy wiped them down in about 1-2 minutes and it looked much better. Just frustrating to stand there pointing out how dirty it still is after paying a good amount for a car wash... And there was still a ton of dog hair on the carpets (not a very good vacuum). And no scent. Overall it looks much better than before, but next time might do a normal drive through car wash and self vacuum then come here just for the seats and headlights to be cleaned.
