  • Was not overly impressed with the results. Have had a lot of suits dry cleaned by then, more than I can count, all with great 5 star results. First time using the wash and press service and if the 7 shirts I put in at least 5 appeared to not have been pressed. Visible wrinkles and no attention was paid to the collars as far as I can see and a shirt came back with a stain that wasn't even from me. As you can see in the pictures below. Not super noticeable but enough if I'm paying for a service I would expect better results. Will continue to use their dry cleaning as it's quicks and usually goes well but will not utilize their clean and press service any longer. While they did offer to re-press the shirts that would have me wait until the next day and this is my entire wardrobe for the week and I can't wait any longer, and this wouldn't fix the issue with the stain on the shirt either.
