Just OK. It's pretty run down but it is indoors so that's the draw for us. Last time we came, we won two free games. We went in today and didn't realize they had expired but they expired on July 1. It's July 17 and they refused to do anything. Two weeks really makes that much of a difference? They could have offered one game instead of two but nothing. There were 4 people in the group so it wasn't like they were losing money. Customer service goes a long way. And when your business is run down, you should make up for it in other ways. Guess we won't put money into the arcade today.
