Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Bought a toy that malfunctioned the first day and they wouldn't return or exchange. I had to deal with a super snarky and unhelpful staff member. In the end I had to talk to head office, who was helpful, but it was too late....the experience had left a bad taste in my mouth.
Don't fall for the red tags either, most stuff is cheaper at Chapters or Toys R'Us. I only bought the product at this store in the first place because I was in a pinch, but I looked it up on line and it was $5 cheaper at other stores.
