  • In addition to being very slow in responding to phone calls (or even being in the office for that matter), one of the managers in particular is very uninterested in assisting owners or tenants with regards to any type of complaint against other owners or tenants, especially with such issues as noise nuisances where the police aren't able to intervene unless a crime is being committed. In essence, that is his response to just about anything: call the police or take the offender to court. At the very least, it's definitely not worth the monthly you pay in HOA fees to the management company. So many better alternatives are out there in such a huge market as Phoenix.
