  • I would leave no stars if i could. AC is out its 100+ outside and 96 in the condo. Was quoted yesterday a tech was coming out between 12 and 4. Here it is 7pm and he just called saying he is on the way. Over two hours past the estimated time. Called the office and got no answer. To leave someone in AZ summer with no AC and not even a simple phone call to let them know you're behind is completely unprofessional! Had i known they were that far behind i could have gone to a friends house or walked around a store nearby to get out of the 96 degree condo i call home! Instead the left me suffering with no explanation! Do not use this company unless you want to sit and sweat your butt off waiting for hours and hours!
