  • I just dropped off my UGG boots this Sunday. The gentleman that greeted me was very nice and he helped me choose the best option for my cleaning. Keep in mind that I had never gone to a shoe cleaning place ever! I looked up UGG cleaning and The Lave Gallery came up. They had amazing reviews which is how I decide where to take my business. The establishment was FANCY! I love how clean and tidy it looks especially since they clean shoes! I got a glimpse at the back room from the front counter and another gentleman was cleaning shoes back there. Even the back room was looking great! I have a really tight schedule so I asked if they could hold my boots until this upcoming weekend. They said that I could stop by whenever no rush! I'm definitely eager to see my boots! I'll update with some pictures later this week. So far so good!
