  • Ana is amazing! She made it easy and comfortable for me, giving me information to questions I hadn't even formed yet. Ana covered all the bases as well as covering questions I probably would have had later. Everyone had an easy smile and as I sat waiting I noticed that not one person was treated as if any question was a silly question (yeah not even the common sense questions) or shown any kind of negative attitude. Very refreshing to see that kind of customer service. I feel comfortable recommending Ana and the rest of the staff to give everyone amazing service. Sometimes it's about the people. You know they get it. It can be hard walking into a shop if you don't have a lot of body art showing. You don't know what you'll get. What kind of attitude you'll get and maybe it's not a big deal but maybe it's a big deal to you. So go ahead and open that door it's gonna surprise you how nice everyone is, just smile and enjoy the experience.
