rev:text	So disappointed today here at Cineplex. We were asked to provide ID to enter the VIP area even though we won't be buying any drinks. When I bought the tickets there were no warnings or instructions about bringing ID to the theatre. My friends and I came to this place expecting the best experiences but the customer service here really let us down. I do not appreciate how the manager told us that we are not allowed in there.
