rev:text	I have tried to shop at this store numerous times. Bottom line is that they carry exclusive brands but service is awful. You might be able to get some help eventually in person but phone - non existent. No one answers / no one can answer questions. Go to Nordstrom if you can. They will crush it with service. They are happy to help you and I have never been disappointed. Granted they do not carry the same brands but Saks has done nothing but frustrate me multiple times.
