OFFICE VISIT:
At first I thought it was a pleasant experience. Dr was very thorough. Gave me the option of having two different prescription of contacts to see far sighted. Or use readers over these contacts. Well I dont like glasses, told the Dr that, actually was adamant about NOT using readers over my contacts. so I chose to use two different prescription of contacts. Left with a trial pair of contacts. Couldnt get used to the new contacts. It was very difficult to read my work on my work computer. All I saw was double vision. Went back in to Lenscrafters, Dr. changed my prescriptions and have me different contacts.
Well nothing has changed. Im still having difficulty getting my work done and now I have to resort in getting readers that I adamantly said I didnt want. I could read perfectly BEFORE i saw the Dr. So disappointed in this office.
THE RETAIL SIDE.
Now the consultation for eyeglasses, that was a different story. The person that was "helping" me was downright condescending. As soon as I said that I wanted to keep my frames, he suddenly was disinterested in helping me. Not even looking at me when I asked a question. I asked that IF I was to get new frames, I wanted to see a certain kind. So he brings me the OPPOSITE of what I described and cheapy looking frames. Just because I may not have dressed the part, believe me I could have afforded the more expensive brand. Every question that I asked him, I felt like my questions were a waste of his time. I felt cut down with every question that I asked. All I wanted to do was just get out of there. I will be taking my business elsewhere where hopefully I will find someone that will gladly help me in getting my eyeglasses done. Such a disappointment in their customer service.
