  • Friday November 11, 2016. I brought in my American Bully and a mix breed for grooming. They shaved our bully and nearly severed a nipple. When I told them we saw that our dog was cut and asked for their vet info, they denied performing the service, and then followed by saying we must have done it. Why would I bring my dog in for grooming (deluxe package) then groom him myself after he's picked up...?? Our receipt shows pick 3 spa package billed 3 times and something for a shar pei.. Those are not the services we requested. Our fault for trusting them. Their employee Amber, checked what service was performed and their records show a different package ordered than what was originally agreed to. I'm profoundly offended by the out right lies..My receipt shows 4 spa purchases performed on animals we don't own. Really important to stay away from the kind of business that will harm your pets and cheat you on top of that.
