It's Memorial Day and we have been waiting since 9am for our freezer to be delivered. The store did not call to tell us when delivery would be made (as they promised they would) ...so we had to reach out to Corporate Dispatch. We arranged our day to be here between 9a and noon- when they said. At 10 AM, we received a call from the driver saying it would be delivered between 11 and 1 - even later than the first call. Nobody showed up by 1 PM. So, we called after 1 PM and they said they are running late and would be here "no later than 2:30". It's 3 PM and they are still not here and the driver is not answering his phone. So much for a relaxing, fun-filled Memorial Day. We are on house arrest and cannot get a straight answer from anyone. The store Manager, Aaron, is of NO help, whatsoever and blames Corporate. Bad, bad, bad customer service. Done with Lowes.
