  • Friendly workers even though the store was very busy. There was no signage for where to go for in-store pick up for items ordered online. Another guy and I both got in line at customer service only to be told to go to the back left of the store to get my item. Not that I needed a bag for what I bought, but the worker at the pick up desk told me she had no bags and that if I wanted one to go and get one from a register up front. I was only picking up one item, but had I had a collection of things this would have been annoying. There was a line, but for just a few days before Christmas it moved quickly. Whatever company plows their driveway however did a horrible job which made the parking situation even worse on top of it being busy.
