  • My five stars are for service. From the second I was interested in a tuft and needle mattress to ordering it and I hate to say it... But the return of it:-( the experience has been exceptional. I wanted to love the mattress so bad! This was my first foam mattress and I work such long hours I just didn't have the time to break it in and fall in love. My neighbor however LOVES IT! He ordered his own straight away! He hasn't had a better nights sleep. If you have any doubts about ordering one... Just do it!! The 100 day return or try out is easy and is totally worth the risk of not loving it. I will still recommend this mattress to friends and family.
