  • THIS STORE PAYS YELP TO REMOVE BAD REVIEWS DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! My fiancĂ© and I USED to be loyal customers to this store until recently. Saved up store credit to buy a Wii U Wind Waker HD limited edition. Was told it was NEW only to find out when we opened it that not only was it USED but that whoever owned it previously had not returned the download code needed to get the Wind Waker game that made the system worth the $350 we paid for it. Called to talk to a manager and the owner and was told we were going to get a price reduction because of the confusion. Packed up the system and drive across town only to then be told that they would NOT honor what they said on the phone that the price we paid was it and they couldn't help us even though they said they would. Terrible customer service and obviously doesn't care at all about their customers. As someone who has worked in customer service and is now in the PR/social media marketing field I can say that this is the absolute WORST way to treat your customers. To tell someone on the phone that you will do a refund for part of the price because you falsely advertised a system as new and make them drive across town only to say, no, I won't honor that is deplorable, insensitive and just bad business. Once I finish out my store credit here I will be NEVER step foot in this store again, I would NEVER recommend any of my friends/family to this store and I would definitely never trust any of their products. Customer service is the key to good business and to tell a customer one thing and then go back on it is at the same level as scam artists. So that's my opinion of this store, it's a scam that's charging too much for it's USED products.
