  • Sooooo... I thought Chipotle learned their lesson. Not only was the customer service crap but my stomach is already feeling some kind of way. When it comes to fast good I'm pretty quick with my order. I mean I know what I want and I've been to several Chipotle locations and never thought to review one until now because you all seriously messed up big time. In fact you all messed up so much I may just have to venture to your site to do a review or make a comment there. First off, if you don't have chicken ready and tell me it's going to take a minute to finish when it really should take longer... by all means take all the time you need. I like my chicken cooked just so you know. I think the rest of us do as well. Ijs. Second, don't have an attitude when fixing my bowl and then on top of that forget an ingredient (sour cream). I literally walked up there, and said, "This is to go. I'd like a chicken burrito bowl" The guy proceeds to ask me, "Is this to go?" Heh??? Then I was asked by someone else with an attitude, "What do you want?" Ummmm... I'm waiting for chicken and I said I wanted a burrito bowl to the other dude. Do you all not communicate with each other??? I get to the register (wasn't asked if I wanted a drink or anything else) and I told the lady it was to go because they forgot the top. I had to tell her twice because apparently everyone can't hear. She grabs a foil top (without any gloves) touching some of my lettuce from the bowl and barely puts it on. How do I know?... that joint easily slipped off when I pulled it out the bag. As I stuff my face with deliciousness (minus the sour cream I asked for) I happen to notice a piece of uncooked chicken. Now with a whole bunch of toppings piled on top of my rice, beans and chicken, there is no way I could've noticed that. Not that I should have to. Ultimately, I had to take out a good amount of uncooked chicken (which I paid for) and pray to God that what I ate was cooked or won't affect me. Yea... good job Chipotle (not). You clearly learned your lesson. Something told me I should have just continued to avoid this place like the plague, like my dude is still doing.
