  • The lady that was working on Saturday, Aug 19th, 2017 was so rude to the person in front of me that people behind me were making comments. Then when I got to the desk, she got snippy with me and I address it. I've been using the office for over 20 years and never was treated so rude. She definitely needs training in customer service, or give her job to another person.
