  • I've used their self-serve dog wash a few times and loved it, and have also used their grooming services once or twice and been very pleased. Uncomfortable with drying cages, but the staff is so attentive and caring, I am sure there is no risk there since they are not leaving the dogs unattended. Just went in for a nail trim and the young lady was so genuinely caring and so good with my little beagle mix. It's the first time my dog has let someone touch her nails without going crazy. Plus, everything is right there, in the open, and I was there with my dog the whole time her paws were being worked on. She took the extra step of clipping the fur on her pads, too. Best $10 I could spend. These ladies are a class act. A real gem on Lake Wylie.
