Worst customer service from the pharmacy, If you're not a people person get out of customer service! I will avoid this location at all costs!
I went to drop off a prescription through the drive thru handed over the prescription and ins card. Waited a bit while "he entered it in" he asked for my ID as well.
A bell then rings that a car has pulled up behind me, the person that WAS helping me comes back to the window pops his head out of the window (awkward) to see if someone really drive up.
He then stated I needed to go inside so he could help the next person in line I asked why do I need to go inside if I'm just dropping off he says because I still have your cards. I told him I was here first and was just trying to drop off the prescription. AND that there was an empty lane that the next person could go to the man got upset and rolled his eyes and went back to his computer.
Seconds later his coworker decides to intervene and make matters worse. He immediately got loud and wouldn't let me speak.
I said you are making me feel unimportant I was here first and all I want is to drop off my prescription he wouldn't stop talking over me so I got upset and got loud back I told him this has been the worst customer service ever! If you don't want to help me give me my prescription and I'll take my business else where that's when worker number #3 heads over she's asking what's going on to her workers and worker #2 has his tail between his legs saying he thought I was trying to pick up my prescription now.
I told him do you see the miscommunication you jumped in not even knowing what the situation was. I wasn't trying to pick up the prescription today. ( he shouldn't have put his two cents in)
The lady asked the first guy that was helping me why he still had me ID I didn't hear why but she just handed me me license and I was on my way. No apology on anyone's part.
The lady called back later for my ins info again because it was written down wrong. (are you kidding me)
She then apologized for the situation.
No matter how bad of a day you may be having you are paid to do a JOB, if you can't put your own issues to the side customer service, customer interaction should be the last place you find employment. I work way to hard to be disrespected, belittled and offended by a disgruntled worker(s) at a corner store pharmacy.
