  • Had them come out when the furnace quit working on Christmas night and very cold temperatures. They charged $250 for the emergency call for the diagnostic and good on them for coming out! We have no problem paying for the emergency call. But the $14 part they installed for $200 and the $120 part installed for $414 is unreasonable and excessive to say the least!! Technician was there for just over an hour. Merry Christmas Arpi's! We appreciate the work but way overpriced! Fixed the problem but just under a thousand dollars!!
