| - The Bellagio is iconic, but it really seems like they rely on their name rather than providing good hotel service. We stayed there for a conference, and the common areas and room are really amazing and beautiful.
Although basic hotel service needs are not met. First, they don't have coffee makers. Not even if you ask for one. They have a full mini bar, but don't provide coffee makers. Now, they do have nice cafes downstairs and I'm sure they don't provide coffee because they want you to buy it but I'm sure the people in there don't want to see me when I first wake up in the morning.
Next, we had our daughter with us and she was sick, and vomited on her bed. We left the sheets off hoping room service would change them. We also left an extra tip for the maid, we tip anyways but, let's face it, vomit is gross so we left a little extra.
Nope! We came back and the beds were made, with the same dirty sheets. It's truly disappointing how a "world class resort" will skimp on these little things.
