  • I've been here going on 3 years. all in all it's a very nice place that for the most part is quiet and without issues. individually owned units for the majority which is cool. the property management isn't the best and the HOA is ok. I live in the back of the complex so I experience very quiet living opposed to some other reviews I've read about noise. that is a factor depending on where the apartment chosen is. reasonable costs and pet friendly. ive seen some stray cats but they aren't approachable so I pay no attention. there is security, kinda. I'll renew again especially since I've probably got one of the quietest and best location in the complex. my landlord is awesome and not once in 3 years have I needed any repairs. I have personally done some upgrades and I genuinely feel comfortable here. been home for 3 years
