  • As an owner, I have been a client of Faith Realty for just over 1 year now. Through the process, they have been instrumental to the success of the 10+ investment properties in the SE Valley under their management. Like many investors, I came to Phx in 2012 without an intimate knowledge of the area. Faith did much to educate me in the dynamics of local micro-markets, connecting me to their network of vendors, and managed the leasing process throughout. Since that time they have been highly responsive to my (many) requests, and have handled tenant disputes with integrity and honesty. I would give 5 stars, but they won't budge on fees. I should add that I interviewed 5 other management firms, and found their rates (10%) to be the best available. Still, with 10+ properties, I had hoped for a discount. If Yelp allowed I would give 4.5 stars.
