Wow... all I can say was I had the most uncomfortable experience with what seemed to be the manager/owner of the store.
I had a fabulous and relaxing massage on an uncomfortable bed and when I brought it to the attention of the receptionist, this man came out from behind a door to ask me "why didn't you tell your masseuse, he could have fixed it" yadda yadda. He was not listening to what I was saying and turned around and left me out front seemingly to go examine the room or reprimand my fabulous masseuse. It's like he never got any training in customer service! Why would you leave a dissatisfied client out front and make her feel a fool? The manager never offered me so much as an apology or anything accepting responsibility for the athletic table that was masquerading as a massage table.
I'm really sorry to say that you lost a monthly membership.
