  • Dropped my equipment off in July to be serviced. I have called weekly to see if it was ready since the promised pick up date. Either no return call or someone telling me it will be ready on Thursday. But when I call it is NOT ready. 5 months is beyond ridiculous. I have had items they could not service ready at another shop in one week. Don't use them for any type of service. So unhappy!
