  • I have once again decided to venture away from my regular nail spot in hopes of finding a comparable one closer to my new place. I got here around noon on a Sunday and the place was packed, there was a thirty minute wait to get in so I went next door, grabbed myself a Blended Strawberry lemonade from Starbucks and prepared to wait. While waiting I noticed how much attention they put towards cleanliness which I really liked. After waiting about 25 minutes I got seated and showed the lovely lady who was doing my fill what I wanted. She paid extra special attention to be gentle with my pinky nail after she noticed that it was tender from being jammed. I really appreciated that. Originally I wanted just a regular fill but after talking it up with her i decided to go with a gel fill instead, but then halfway through filling my nails a guy who works there had her go do someones pedicure and stop my service. He then took over and was really rough. I have never once in all the years I have been getting my nails done had someone draw blood while shaping and he did it on not one, not two, but three separate fingers! After that massacre was finally finished I showed him the picture of what i wanted done which was clearly a french manicure with a deep set V tip. Instead of giving me a true french (pink and white) he just did the white deep V tips (which turned out perfect) but you can see my true nails underneath because there was no pink applied first... I still want to give them a second shot since I really like the girl I started with, but I was not very happy with my service.
