  • Unfortunately, I had to choose a star. This company deserves no stars. My mother-in-law used this company to move her stuff on 3/30/15. She ordered them to come at 11-1pm time frame.... needless to say it was 8pm and they still did not show up. The movers began to call at 4:30pm to say they were "on their way", it was evident that they weren't if they still had not shown up at 8pm. Save yourself stress (in an already stressful situation) and do not choose this company. They are not cheap, have zero customer service, and still did not get the job done. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with, and to watch my mother-in-law deal with it was heart-wrenching. I certainly hope they give her the $100 deposit back to end this horrible experience. DO NOT choose this company.
