  • I have been renting a home in San Tan Valley from Pamela Watson-Brown for the last 4 years. I have owned my own rental properties in the past, and I've rented from a lot of property management companies, and I would not trust any of them as far as I could throw them, with the exception of Pam. She treats me like a person. She takes care of my requests when I make them. If I let her know ahead of time that something is going on, she does what she can to accommodate. As a result, I'm an extremely happy tenant. I have a great deal of respect for the owner of the house because of her. I recommend her every chance I get.
