rev:text	I have been to this hospital several times in the past for emergencies and diagnosis for one of my dogs. The care and service USED to be Fabulous. Let me just say it is no longer the case. One of the current vets that is supposed to be caring for my dog told me 3 days before Christmas that he would do research on how to treat my almost 18 year old dog and get back to me. Today is Jan. 20 and I have NEVER heard back from him or anyone else at the hospital!!! I have called and left a message explaining this, only to be made to feel I was aggravating the not so caring girl that happened to answer the phone. I have since gone back to my regular vet for treatment. Call me crazy but my dog could be dead waiting for the "vet" from this place to call me back.
