  • SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! This is the worst car rental company that I have ever dealt with. I posted a negative review over 2 month ago. I guess Firefly wanted to make it seem as if they care about their customers by responding to my review. Firefly asked me to provide them with some information so they can look into the matter. Since that last email, nothing has been done. I've emailed them over 5 times since and have not heard back from anyone. They continue to give their customers the run around without providing any real customer service. I honestly felt that I was taken advantage of. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau. Never again will I utilize Firefly. Worst service ever!!!
