  • I am not usually one to post on a service but my experience at Taglio was exceptional! I have been looking for a colorist for a while- I kept having really bad experiences, one toned my hair till it was blue, another dyed my hair brown when I went in for highlights (???). When I met Lana, I told her about my previous hair horror stories and she was compassionate and kind. She was very knowledgable about color and I felt I could completely trust her. As she was doing my hair, we discussed different trends in hair color and I really enjoyed hearing how educated she was in the various processes. Liz, Lana's assistant was cheerful and sweet- making sure I had ice for my drink and telling me about the style bar where I could style my own hair while sampling various products. Brilliant! (I usually request to leave with wet hair because I end up going home and immediately re-styling myself!) I had made a scheduling error and had to leave in a bit of a rush- the team worked together so I could check out quickly and be on my way. It has been years since I have had a truly pleasant hair experience and I want to thank Taglio, Lana, and Liz for their commitment to excellence and quality customer service. I will be sure to share this with many!!!
