  • I moved here in 2011 and moved out 2013... I had the first year a 2/2 $656 a month plus trash,water,sewer and power bill... The second year I had a (dumb) idea that we should upgrade to a 3/2 $756, plus the water,sewer,trash and whatever else the wanted to charge for! The roaches do not help pay for rent or the food they eat,or what ever else they use you do not know about. Lets talk about my A/C not working in the middle of summer and my apartment was a low 100* inside with the A/C on set @ 70*. Maintenance said it was working! To make a very long hot story short, the thermostat went out on the unit and my power bill was being raised for me sweating. Once the Unit was "fixed" I did see a diffrence,but then there was a horrible murder and SWAT was jumping thru windows searching for the suspect,which there was 2 different descriptions for.......(never found him) and Managment kept this horrible situation a hush hush. Before that hahah,there was a association that was made up to involve the "community" in taking over the complex and gain control... Description of CPTA.. Stay out all night doing drugs,drinking Playing loud music all night Harassing people that walk by The Founders were interviewing children..... The founders put out a site for a calender of what they were doing all month..... Yoga,bbq's,cards,youth night, which all were during the night and envolved a long sleepless night. Many of this group would video tape you if there was a issue, with out your concent! To this day CP has lowered the rent to cheap rent,if you dont mind murders,roaches and lack of sleep and just consist worry, then rent here!!! Needless to say I broke my lease and moved. They charged me moving out for stupid things........I AM NOT PAYIING! Just saying!
