  • I called in and spoke to George about my shutters and having some issues with the pins. He knew actually what I needed and before I couldn't even finish, offered to send some out with instructions without any charge. I was very impressed with his customer service and willingness to help me. I also left a message for him and he called just to confirm that I was the same person that he just helped. very helpful and very kind. I'm in sales and I can always appreciate someone that wants to be as helpful as George was. Highly recommend this guy and his company.
