  • This is the most unprofessional company I have ever met. The pulse app has been down now for nearly 15 hours and I still have no resolve or a time when it will be ready to be used again. I use it for home automation I'm disabled and I'm left in the dark with no way to access my system. They are nothing but a criminal operation they collect your money but won't deliver on anything.
