  • I used to frequent Kyoto Bowl when it was in Gilbert. I have missed it since in closed many years ago. As I was in Tempe recently, I saw a Kyoto bowl calling my name. After I ate there, I should have passed on the invitation. The food was hot, but that is all I could say about it. There was absolutely no flavor to the teriyaki sauce. The sweet and sour was more like thick orange colored water. Also no flavor. I was terribly disappointed. So sorry Kyoto bowl - never again. . .
