  • I would say they were phenomenal, up until the receiving of my glasses that I ordered. I am not one in dire need of glasses and can make it through the days without, so it wasn't a big deal in the beginning. The issue arises when I ordered my glasses I was told 7-10 days, today is day thirteen. I thought the range was reasonable in the beginning, but without any communication on their part, I am now calling them every other day to see when they will be in because tomorrow will be day 14. When I told them this there was no apology, no reassurance, only that "they COULD be in tomorrow..." Everyone there was really nice, and the guys were very accommodating, but I can't stand lack of follow through and this is a complete lack of follow through. ***Side note: Men's designer frames are scarce so if you are a brand oriented person you have to be flexible here.
